2 c. orange juice ¼ c. balsamic vinegar
2 T. oil
Marinate the wings in this mix in the fridge for 2 hours or more.
Pat wings off and spread on Cowboy Spice Company's Raspberry seasoning. Cook at 400 x 45 minutes.
Dipping sauce: ½ c. sour cream, 2 T. sun-dried tomatoes and 3 tsp of Cowboy Spice Company's Sweet Heat Raspberry.
These were a dream weekend supper or picnic item. They were so tender and the seasoning on the skin had just a touch of heat and tons of flavor. The dipping sauce is so good, I want to bottle this stuff up. The seasoning mixed with the tart sour cream and the sun-dried tomatoes was so savory and flavorful.
