Texas Pizza Dip

I'm known for my pizza dip. It's so requested, I need to show up at events with it, or I will hear bellyaching for days. I decided to give it some punch and utilized Cowboy Spice Company's Sweet Heat mix and that's when I was hooked. This is going to be a long and happy relationship.

2 T. sun-dried tomatoes
8 oz sour cream
8 oz mozzarella shredded (divided into two halves)
4 oz cheddar cheese 8 oz ricotta cheese
small package pepperoni diced 1 T. garlic minced
4 tsp Cowboy Spice Company Sweet Heat

Mix all ingredients using 4 oz of the mozzarella. Spread in an 8 x 8 baking dish and sprinkle with the leftover 4 oz of mozzarella. Bake 350 x 30 minutes.

Tear up a loaf of Italian or French bread and use for dipping or use tortilla chips.

Sweet Heat is the perfect mix of a bit of sweet hitting the tongue and slowly warming to a most pleasant level. The spices make the dip so addictive, it’s hard to stop eating even when you’re full. It's ooey gooey and satisfying beyond belief. If you make this for game day, the games will always be watched at your house!
