This one is my favorite ever!
Texas garlic toast - found in the freezer aisle. Heat it by directions. Now, put on sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan. Sprinkle with some Cowboy Spice Company Sweet Heat and top with pepperoni.
I used my hot Italian sausage sauce I make homemade. Expect to see the recipe on here very soon!

No matter how I make mushroom soup, some things are the same - aromatics (diced garlic, onion, celery, carrot), sherry, cream, butter, fresh thyme, fresh rosemary, mushrooms, and a medium-brown roux.
With that, I can add bacon, or truffle oil, maybe beef broth.
Roux - this one is equal amounts of flour and butter cooked until a medium brown. This will thicken the soup.
Once I browned the aromatics in oil and added mushrooms for a few minutes, I take that mix and put in the crock pot. I add water or broth, sherry (I use about a half cup), fresh herbs, cooked roux. I add the sherry at the end of cooking time and season appropriately with ground pepper and salt.
I used baby portabello mushrooms here, but sometimes I mix a few kinds of mushrooms for more dynamics.

I usually take half the batch of mix and roll into balls and put in a freezer bag to make some other day.
I use dark chocolate cocoa powder and then milk chocolate chips. The combo is awesome!
Cream together - 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 c. crisco, 1/2 c. butter.
Add - 2 c. flour, 2/3 c. dark cocoa powder, 3/4 tsp baking soda and bag of milk chocolate chips
Bake at 350 x 8-10 mins. I usually store my cookies in a container with a piece of bread. It keeps them moist.

This is easily my favorite lunch item and takes about 6 minutes to make with three ingredients.
1. Texas toast - can find garlic Texas toast in the freezer aisle at your store with frozen breads.
2. Mozzarella shredded.
Cook toast to instructions and then add mozzarrella on top and let it melt. Remove and put sliced avocado on top. Crushed salt and pepper top it off very nicely. You can also add sliced tomato if you like. If you are going low-carb, use a cucumber or tomato slice with garlic salt on it.

It's fresh citrus season in the desert southwest. Just picked pink grapefruit and oranges. Juiced them with some ginger root and made health insurance popsicles.
