Health Insurance Popsicles: Cold and Flu Season Citrus Pops

It's fresh citrus season in the desert southwest. Just picked pink grapefruit and oranges. Juiced them with some ginger root and made health insurance popsicles. You can also add things like ginseng powder, vitamin C powder, cranberries, or honey. I keep these on hand during the worst of winter. In the springtime, I made some fun berry ones.
