Cilantro and Grapefruit-Infused Watermelon Sorbet

Watermelon sorbet with cilantro and grapefruit infused simple syrup. Heat up 1/3 c sugar and 1/3 c water until sugar melts. Add cilantro and 1 T grapefruit juice. Let sit while you cut up individual size watermelon. Remove cilantro and process watermelon and syrup into puree. Pour in pan and freeze. Every few hours take a spoon and scrape up icy contents and keep freezing until it's all frozen. Can also do this with liquor and simple syrup and melon.
