It's that time of the year when it's heating up here in the desert. It makes me want to have something tropical and sweet, spicy and chilly. There is nothing better than a good tropical salsa.
Make it your own, but include items like -
salt and pepper
I save some of the tropical fruit and put in a plastic bag in the freezer to make smoothies with some greek yogurt and coconut water, but the rest goes into the salsa.
