Chicken Street Tacos



My chicken street taco marinade - 

Take a large chicken boneless breast and slice lengthwise to make two more slender long pieces.

Put in a ziploc bag: Juice of 3 small limes, 3 garlic cloves diced, 1-1/2 tsp of Cowboy Spice Company Firewalker, 1 T. olive oil.

I marinate mine overnight and cook on a Foreman grill, but works great on a grill outside. 

When cooked, slide into strips to put on corn tortillas with any of these: Sour cream, salsa, diced tomatoes, sliced cabbage, avacado.
